Bob has worked on projects in 20 states in the U.S. plus the District of Columbia, and internationally in the Dominican Republic, Barbados, England, Wales, the Channel Islands and the Canary Islands. He has developed concepts for transit-oriented development with the proposed South Shore extension, and initiatives to promote economic development in Northwest Indiana.


His career started in 1986 with Coldwell Banker Commercial Group (later CB Richard Ellis) when he was hired as the company's youngest investment portfolio manager, the largest share of the $1 Billion CB Institutional Fund. Over the next four years, Bob's investments achieved a 10.23% average annual return -- double the NCREIF institutional investment indices during the same period.


Bob leftCBCommercialin1990, and continued to assist institutional owners and lenders. He was Vice President/Regional manager for Farbman/Stein & Co. where he established leasing, sales, management, investment advisory, and construction divisions while serving as managing broker for the Central Region. In 1993, he joined MidStates Bradford Companies, a leading real estate company, best known for developing business parks and mega power centers and full retail services in the Central US. As Principal and Managing Broker, Bob was integral to the company's acquisition by Koll (later CB Richard Ellis).


In 1996, Bob joined PrimeCo Personal Communication (later Verizon Wireless) where he directed the development and implementation of the Central US wireless telecommunications network, and oversaw the development and operations of all business facilities and retail stores. As Director of Network Implementation, and later Executive Director of Business Operations, he spearheaded legislation resulting in modern cell tower zoning statutes in Illinois.


Bob next established RAS Advisory Services, an independent business providing real estate consultation, management, expert witness and receivership services to law firms, corporate clients, institutions and courts of law in Illinois and Indiana. In 2004, Bob became Principal of Precision Development, LLC, responsible for directing development, marketing and management for Precision's commercial business.


Bob received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting in 1983 from the University of Maryland, College Park. He has served on the ICSC Government Affairs (ICSC), its Government Affairs Committee and the Legislative Affairs Committee of the Northwest Indiana Forum. Other designations include:

Bob is a member of the Board of Directors for Currenttech Traffic Concepts, LLC and is the President and Managing Member of Radley, LLC. He was appointed Executor for the estate of Anne Nowell-Usticke in Barbados.
