Blackshire, LLC today announced it has successfully completed a new industrial facility in St. Charles, Illinois. The completed project is a detached annex complimenting the existing headquarters of Chicago Mold Engineering Co., Inc., engineers and manufacturers of plastic injection and compression molds for the Thermoset and Thermoplastic industries.

Blackshire Lands St. John listing and development opportunity
Blackshire, LLC today announced it has acquired a new listing for leasing and sales brokerage of a 32 acre raw land site located in St. John, Indiana. The agreement with property’s owner’s HLC Holdings, LLC of Griffith, Indiana allows Blackshire to pursue development opportunities on the site, as well.
